These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Media Literacy Courses (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm other users, instructors, or the platform. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or content.
- Do not upload, share, or transmit malicious code, phishing attempts, or automated abuse.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or doxx other users.
- Do not scrape, copy, or mass-download content via bots or automated tools without permission.
- Do not use the Service to distribute unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your activity violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the platform.
2. Payments & Access
Some parts of the Service may require payment. When you purchase a course, you receive access as described on the purchase page or within the course description (including any stated duration, cohort dates, or access windows).
- Prices, promotions, and available plans may change for future purchases at any time.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown where required.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining payment method validity.
If access is tied to a time-limited cohort or subscription, access may end automatically at the end of the stated term. If a course includes downloadable resources, your continued right to use them remains subject to these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including course videos, lessons, text, worksheets, branding, and site design (collectively, “Content”), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- You may not resell, redistribute, rehost, publicly perform, or publicly display Content without permission.
- You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or access controls.
- You may not create derivative works that replicate substantial portions of the Content.
If you submit comments, assignments, or other materials (“User Submissions”), you retain ownership of your work, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it solely for providing and improving the Service.
